A security deposit* of £125 is required for a 3 or 4 night booking or £250 is required for a 5, 6 or full week booking per lodge. The owner reserves the right to alter or change the amount defined when circumstances require and will be discussed with the party leader prior to booking confirmation.
To secure a reservation, the security deposit* of £125 or £250 is required at the time of your booking request in order to secure your reservation and will be refunded to you within 7 days of your departure, subject to a full inventory check and inspection of the lodge(s). Upon receipt of your deposit, we will confirm your reservation by email. The balance of the rental is due no later than 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If your holiday falls within 8 weeks of your booking, (subject to availability), you are required to pay the full rental at the time of booking, plus the security deposit. Payment method is by bank transfer only and details will be provided upon making the reservation.
Please note the following charges that are applied for pets and cots:
Pet surcharge: £30
Cot and high chair surcharge: £10

If you submit the information in the above form, this is only for the purposes of discussing your booking request. If the booking is not confirmed then we will delete your personal data. If the booking is confirmed then we will hold onto your information for the purposes of verification of your holiday details. Once your holiday at Loch Lomond Lodges has finished we will no longer store your personal information.
